Programs that can get everything done in the click of a button are increasing efficiency. Automation may require a lot of upfront work, but the time and cost it saves later on makes it a good investment to improve your business. Just make sure to leave any creative work to the humans, though. Robots aren’t too good at that yet.


3. Make it easy to communicate.
